I’m Jihyen Ha, Senior Analytics Consultant and founder of Lumi Insights.
I help organizations scale analytics by fixing the foundation, not just building dashboards. I’ve helped teams reduce report bloat by 30%+, redesign analytics architectures for scalability, and implement dimensional modeling that improves clarity and maintainability.
I lead analytics initiatives end to end, from understanding business needs to designing data architecture, delivering BI solutions, and enabling teams to use and extend them with confidence. Unlike most consultants, I don’t separate strategy from execution. I provide both one accountable partner from direction through delivery.
Why I Started Lumi Insights
After five years in data and analytics roles, I saw organizations repeatedly invest in BI without investing in architecture. Dashboards shipped fast, but fragile models limited trust and scale. Lumi Insights was founded to close that gap—combining strategic architecture decisions with hands-on implementation, so companies don’t have to choose between the two.
